All our mugs are made to order. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch of products from our standard range, and 5-10 working days for dispatch of personalised products.

If you need your order in a hurry please let us know whilst ordering. Orders after 3pm will be processed the following working day. We will confirm by email when your order is dispatched.

All our mugs come gift boxed and we can include a personalised gift message – at no extra cost!

*Please note during busy periods delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We may send your order via a different service than stated below depending on the actual destination and weight.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you change your mind about any of the non-personalised items in your order, and if you notify us and return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund you (excluding postage charges).

We currently do not offer free of charge returns for unwanted items. Please enclose your order number, name and address in the parcel and use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of personalised items unless they are faulty.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us a photograph of the damaged item with your order number, name and address to: [email protected] and we will replace the item free of charge, or arrange a refund if we are unable to supply a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders containing non-personalised items can be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared for dispatch. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.

All personalised orders are considered final at the end of order placement. Please ensure that you take extra care when adding any names or messages into our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items unless they are faulty.
