Delivery Information: COVID-19 Update

From Monday 1st June, we are open on a part time basis – 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Please allow 14 working days for dispatch of your order. All our mugs are made to order. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.

Our delivery timescales have been extended – full details below. We’ll do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We are currently unable to produce any Personalised Mugs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sending a gift? All our mugs come gift boxed. We can deliver directly to your lucky recipient and can include a free personalised gift message – please pop it on your Order Note.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you change your mind about any of the non-personalised items in your order, and if you notify us and return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund you (excluding postage charges).

We currently do not offer free of charge returns for unwanted items. Please enclose your order number, name and address in the parcel and use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of personalised items unless they are faulty.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us a photograph of the damaged item with your order number, name and address to: [email protected] and we will replace the item free of charge, or arrange a refund if we are unable to supply a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders containing non-personalised items can be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared for dispatch. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.

All personalised orders are considered final at the end of order placement. Please ensure that you take extra care when adding any names or messages into our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items unless they are faulty.
